Showcasing unique local art in
​Gratiot's historic downtowns
The Gratiot Downtown Art Expo is an exciting event displaying local talent and community spirit! The goal is to produce 75 banners that will be designed and painted by our local citizens and students. These banners will be displayed on downtown lampposts in Alma, Ithaca and St. Louis, creating a colorful and unique city streetscape.

Designs are chosen by representatives from each city, and artists whose designs are chosen will be contacted to arrange a date to paint their banner.

The Art Expo is a collaborative project between
the cities of Alma, Ithaca and St. Louis; their respective Downtown Development Authorities, and the Alma Community Art Center.
