Sometimes in life, things don't go as planned. Here are our policies regarding cancellations,  refunds and punch cards:

cancellations

If you must cancel:

Please contact us a soon as possible. We encourage you to consider signing up for another class instead, or accept a gift certificate in the amount you paid. Refunds will be made under the conditions listed.

If ACAC must cancel

…due to inclement weather or other forces beyond our control, class registrants will receive an email at the address they listed on their registration form. We will give as much notice as we can about cancellations! We hope that you will consider signing up for another class instead, or accept a gift certificate in the amount of the cancelled class. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund.

refunds

Class credit will be offered if:

• At your request if you cancel within the timeline required for a refund.
• We receive your cancellation due to illness 24 hours in advance of the class.

A full refund can be made if:

• We receive your cancellation 5 business days in advance of the class.
• We receive your cancellation 48 hours in advance of the class and we can fill the seat.
  ​If the seat cannot be filled, ​the refund will not be made.

For all​ refunds:

• Online transaction fee of $3 is non-refundable.
• Refunds will be paid via ACAC check regardless of original payment method.

punch cards

ACAC punch cards are a great way to earn free classes. Each time you come to class, get your card punched by the instructor. Your fifth class will be free!

Rules of use:

• 4 punches = 1 free class
• One punch for each class attended
• Bring a friend, get an extra punch
• No punch for a free class
• Purchase a gift certificate, get a punch; no punch for using a gift certificate
• Punches are only good for classes attended and do not apply to ART CAMPs
